Installation of a Pattern Imprinted Concrete or traditional plain Concrete Driveways are subject to the same time restraints in terms of use for vehicular access. Any reputable contractor will advise you how long you should wait before using your new driveway and it would usually be 4 – 7 days in most cases.

Any form work or temporary shuttering should have been removed after 3 – 7 days and the edges made good with back filling or similar. Any protective sheeting used to prevent concrete splashing onto walls or other surfaces during the work should be removed and the site left in a clean and tidy condition.
