TDS are approved by Brett Landscapes and Natural Paving with a Manufacturer Backed 10 Year Guarantee available on all driveway paving, block paving, garden paving and landscape gardening installations.
We install our clients driveways using 60mm block paving as standard which meets BS7533 part 3 and is far superior to our ‘competitors’ who only specify 50mm block paving.
60mm block paving can take up to 10 tons of vehicle weight whilst 50mm block paving is only intended for light pedestrian traffic and is therefore unsuitable for most modern driveways with large family vehicles and 4 x 4’s.

TDS will fully excavate and remove all waste materials from site.- TDS will install a geo-textile membrane which will prevent weed growth, fine particle migration and subsidence.
- TDS will install up to 150mm of Dtp Type 1 sub-base, not crushed concrete or hard-core.
- Block Paving will then be bedded down on a screened sand bed to meet BS7533 Part 3.
- Block Paving will then be laid with at least 3 manufacturing faces showing which will eliminate small unsightly and irregular cuts.
- TDS will set the outer edges of the Block Paving, which are not restrained, on concrete haunching to prevent lateral movement.TDS will then cover the finished surface with kiln dried jointing sand which will be brushed into the Block paving joints.
- TDS will then compact the new driveway into place with a vibrating plate.

Once the installation is completed and signed off as satisfactory by the homeowner, we will submit the guarantee Paperwork to Brett Landscapes / Marshalls Paving who will in turn issue a certificate for the 10 Year Manufacturer Backed Product Guarantee and 5 Year Manufacturer Backed Installation Guarantee
This guarantee covers all defects on your new driveway subject to normal wear and tear.
